It depends on which part of the story it is. For most of the story she is kind of 'drained' and is very 'colorless'. When she is restored to her 'old self' she is very 'colorful'.

But I geuss that doesn't answer the question huh?

She is pale with gray eyes, and white hair. Or much tanner with dark colored hair and yellow/orange/red eyes. I prefer the former (I suck at using color) but you seem like you would be much more suited to the latter.
